I worked with Graham over the period between 2016 to late 2017 while he was Site Manager on a challenging, high-end private residential project in Hampstead including a basement, sections of new building and historic fabric refurbishment - project value circa £1.6m. Graham was clearly liked by his team and subbies on site and adept at handling everything that was thrown at him, by both clients and consultants. We have now completed two total refurbishment projects with Graham Cook engaged as foreman and building works manager, from site set up to completion and handover.
